STRRRETCH provides wellness and recovery services that may include:

• One-on-one assisted stretching
• AI Robot Massage
• Shockwave Therapy
• RF Body Contouring
• 9D Breathwork
• Related wellness and recovery experiences

STRRRETCH services are intended for general wellness and recovery purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you have an injury, health concern, medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, implanted device, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a service and inform your STRRRETCH practitioner before your appointment.

Appointments are subject to availability.

Practitioners may change when necessary due to scheduling, illness, staffing, or other operational circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide your scheduled service even if a different qualified practitioner is assigned.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Sessions must be paid according to the applicable booking, package, membership, or third-party voucher terms.
• Purchases are subject to the cancellation and refund policies described on our Cancellation Policy page.
• Memberships and packages may have additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

We accept payment methods supported by our payment processor.

Membership and package benefits apply according to the specific plan purchased.

Availability, session limits, expiration rules, billing frequency, cancellation rules, and other conditions may vary by plan.

Nothing displayed on the general website overrides the specific terms agreed to when purchasing a membership or package.

Customers using Groupon or another third-party voucher must comply with both:

• The terms of the voucher purchased through that provider
• STRRRETCH’s applicable booking and cancellation policies

A third-party voucher does not entitle the holder to cash value beyond what is required by applicable law or the third-party provider’s rules.

Customers may be asked to provide a valid voucher or redemption code when booking or attending the appointment.

ClassPass bookings are subject to ClassPass policies in addition to applicable STRRRETCH facility and service policies.

Scheduling, cancellation, credits, and payment for a ClassPass booking may be governed by ClassPass.

Appointments are scheduled for a specific amount of time.

If you arrive late, we may provide the remaining portion of your scheduled appointment when practical, but your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If fewer than approximately 15 minutes remain, STRRRETCH may be unable to provide the service and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or missed appointment.

For assisted stretching, comfortable clothing that allows unrestricted movement is recommended. Socks may be required or recommended depending on the service.

Gratuity is optional and never required.

Individual experiences and results vary.

STRRRETCH does not guarantee specific physical, cosmetic, performance, recovery, flexibility, mobility, or wellness outcomes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions, pricing, schedules, and other website information accurate.

Prices, services, hours, availability, practitioners, and promotional offers may change.

If there is an unintended discrepancy between the website and the applicable booking or purchase terms, STRRRETCH will work with the customer to clarify the correct terms before providing the service.

Unless otherwise indicated, STRRRETCH website content, branding, graphics, written materials, photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to STRRRETCH and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

If you voluntarily opt in to STRRRETCH marketing text messages:

• You agree to receive recurring text messages from STRRRETCH.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
