Getting Started
- Most new clients start with the STRRRETCH 7-Day Reset — two visits, one week, $49 total. Visit 1 is a 30-minute 1-on-1 assisted stretch plus 20 minutes on the AI Robot Massage. At Visit 1, the team schedules your 25-minute Visit 2 with you, to be completed within 7 days. $49 is the total for both visits.
- The 7-Day Reset is $49 total for both visits — not per visit. Visit 1 is a 30-minute 1-on-1 assisted stretch session plus 20 minutes on the AI Robot Massage. Visit 2 is a 25-minute 1-on-1 assisted stretch session, completed within 7 days of Visit 1. Booking online requests Visit 1, and STRRRETCH sends your final confirmation. The team schedules Visit 2 with you at Visit 1.
- No. Every service can be booked as a single session, and all pricing is published before you book. Memberships and packages exist if you want a lower per-session rate, but nothing requires one.
- Comfortable clothing you can move in — athletic wear works well. You stay fully clothed for assisted stretching and AI massage.
- A few minutes early is plenty. That gives you time to talk through what you want to work on before your session time starts.
- Strrretch is at 5850 Town and Country Blvd, Building 10, Suite 1003, Frisco, TX 75034. It is our only location. Call (214) 517-4457 if you have trouble finding the entrance — we are in Building 10 of Town and Country.
- Monday, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM; Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Booking online shows the times actually available on the day you want, which is usually the quickest way to check.
Assisted Stretching
- No. Flexibility is not a prerequisite — it is usually the reason people come in. Your practitioner works within the range you have that day.
- It should not. You should feel a stretch, not pain. Your practitioner adjusts pressure and depth throughout based on your feedback, so tell them what you are feeling as you go.
- It depends on your goals and how active you are. Some clients come weekly, others every few weeks. Your practitioner can suggest a rhythm after your first session rather than before it.
- Both are full-body 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions. The 25-Minute Strrretch works through a routine that addresses 130+ muscles, with the Deep Muscle Stimulator and a vibration plate finish. The 50-Minute Strrretch is 30 minutes of 1-on-1 assisted stretching, 20 minutes on the AI Robot Massage, and a vibration plate finish — two recovery experiences in one appointment.
- The core routine is consistent, on purpose. The body is connected — tight hips can show up in the lower back, tight shoulders in the neck — so every session works through the full body and addresses 130+ muscles. Within that routine, your practitioner adjusts pressure, range, and time based on what you tell them.
- No. You remain fully clothed for assisted stretching.
AI Massage
- It is a private, heated AI Robot Massage experience designed to help you unwind, relax tight muscles, and recover after training or a long day. It delivers a consistent experience session after session.
- Yes. The AI massage is a heated, warming experience — most people find the warmth makes it easier to relax into the session.
- It is a different experience. An automated session is private, repeatable, and requires no appointment with a specific therapist or tipping. Many clients use it between assisted stretch sessions rather than instead of them.
- No tipping. The published price is the price.
Shockwave Therapy
- Focused acoustic wave technology applied to one specific area. It is used at Strrretch as targeted soft-tissue recovery support rather than full-body work.
- Most people describe a firm tapping or pulsing sensation in the area being worked on. Intensity is adjustable, so tell your practitioner if you want it dialed up or down.
- Stubborn areas generally respond to consistency rather than a single visit, which is why packages of five and ten are available. Your practitioner will talk through a sensible cadence for your situation.
- No. Strrretch does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a specific injury, a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether this is appropriate for you, speak with your physician first.
RF Body Contouring
- RF stands for radiofrequency. An applicator gently warms the skin and the tissue beneath it on your stomach or legs. Clients choose it as a relaxing, technology-based body-contouring experience — for circulation and recovery support, and the appearance of firmer, smoother-looking skin. It is a wellness experience, not a medical or weight-loss treatment.
- The stomach or the legs. You choose the area when you book, and your practitioner confirms it with you at the start of the treatment.
- They are two ways of delivering the same warming radiofrequency energy. Mono-Polar RF works from a single point and generally reaches a little deeper, for a focused warmth. Multi-Polar RF moves energy between several points on the applicator and generally spreads an even warmth closer to the surface. Your practitioner uses whichever suits the area.
- Warm. It should feel like a comfortable, relaxing heat. Tell your practitioner if it ever feels too warm and they will adjust it.
- We do not make that promise. RF Body Contouring is a wellness experience offered for warmth, relaxation, circulation and recovery support, and the appearance of firmer, smoother-looking skin. It is not fat removal, a weight-loss treatment, or a medical procedure, and it does not guarantee inch loss or permanent results. Experiences vary from person to person.
- Start with your first treatment and see how you like it. Clients who enjoy it tend to come in regularly, which is why there are 3- and 6-treatment packages and monthly memberships — but nothing requires one.
- Use the booking link for package holders or for members on the RF Body Contouring page. Those links book treatments you have already purchased — they do not sell a new package.
9D Breathwork
- A guided breathing journey delivered through headphones with layered, multi-dimensional sound. You lie down, close your eyes, follow the guidance, and let the journey run. It is an experience rather than a workout.
- None. The session is guided from start to finish. First-timers are welcome, and your first journey is $49.
- Comfortable clothing and layers. You will be lying down for most of the session, and people often feel cooler when they are still.
- Breathwork is not appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, a respiratory condition, glaucoma, a history of seizures, or any significant medical or mental-health condition, check with your physician before booking and tell your facilitator beforehand.
- No. 9D Breathwork is an immersive wellness experience: guided breathing with layered audio through headphones. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical or mental-health treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional.
- Group journeys are the usual starting point and carry the shared-room atmosphere most people are after. A private 1:1 session is available at $149 if you would rather have the room and the facilitator to yourself.
Memberships & Packages
- Memberships are month-to-month recurring billing. They are non-transferable, and unused sessions may roll over for up to 30 days before they expire.
- A package is a one-time purchase of multiple sessions with no recurring billing. A membership bills monthly and generally gives the lower per-session rate if you come in consistently. If you are not sure yet, start with singles and decide later.
- No. Memberships are non-transferable.
Booking & Policies
- Book online through any of the booking buttons on this site, or call the studio at (214) 517-4457. Intro offers link straight to the matching service. An online booking is a request: the studio reviews it and sends your final confirmation.
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Classes and group sessions need at least 48 hours' notice unless different terms are stated when you book. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be forfeited. See our cancellation policy for the full terms, or call the studio at (214) 517-4457.
- Call the studio as soon as you know. We'll provide as much of your session as the remaining time allows, but it still ends at the originally scheduled time so the next client isn't delayed. If fewer than about 15 minutes remain, we may not be able to provide the session and it may be treated as a missed appointment.
- The 7-Day Reset is for new clients. Other intro rates are for your first visit to that service. Once you have used an intro, that service moves to its regular published price, or to package and membership pricing if you choose one.
