Cancellation, Late Arrival & Refund Policy
Effective October 2026
We understand that schedules change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, STRRRETCH requires advance notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.
Individual Appointments
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, the scheduled session may be forfeited.
For members and package holders, this may mean the applicable session is deducted according to the terms of your membership or package.
For prepaid single sessions, vouchers, or promotional sessions, the session may be considered used.
Classes and Group Sessions
Classes and group experiences require at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice unless different terms are stated when you book.
Late cancellations or missed classes may be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to provide as much of your scheduled service as the remaining appointment time allows.
Your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time so we do not delay the next client.
If fewer than approximately 15 minutes remain, STRRRETCH may not be able to provide the session and it may be treated as a missed appointment.
Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific written offer:
All single-session, membership, package, and promotional purchases are final and non-refundable.
Memberships and packages are also subject to the specific terms provided at purchase.
Sessions generally may not be transferred or exchanged unless STRRRETCH expressly approves an exception.
Third-Party Vouchers
Groupon, ClassPass, and other third-party purchases may also be subject to the cancellation, credit, expiration, and refund rules of the platform through which they were purchased.
STRRRETCH does not control refunds issued directly by third-party platforms.
Practitioner Changes
STRRRETCH may substitute a practitioner when needed due to scheduling, illness, emergencies, or operational requirements.
A practitioner change alone does not automatically cancel an appointment or create a refund entitlement.
Questions or Special Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen.
If you have an unusual circumstance, contact us as soon as possible:
We will review situations individually when appropriate.
