Before Your Group Books
Breathwork is not appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, a respiratory condition, glaucoma, a history of seizures, or any significant medical or mental-health condition, check with your physician before booking and tell your facilitator beforehand. Journeys are an immersive wellness experience, not therapy or medical treatment.
